How To Install Google Assistant On Redmi Note 4 or Any Android Marshmallow 7 Nougat Devices

So here we go to enable the Google Assistant on any Android 6.0+ smartphone without rooting your phone. Let’s follow below all steps it takes very less time to get ready to use the Google Assistant on your smartphone.

Step 1:

If you’re not from the United States or you’re from India like me or any other country, then you need to change your device’s language to English(United States). To do this Go To

Settings >> Addition Settings >> Language & input>>Language

Then select the English(United States) as your preferred device’s language.

language input

Note: These are the directions to change the language on Redmi Note 4. It may be different on your phone so find the language settings on your device.

Step 2:

First, you need to clear the data of your Google App to do this follow below steps.

  • Go to Settings>>Installed Apps
  • Find the Google App and tap on CLEAR ALL DATA

Now in this, you need to become Google Play Store beta tester. If you’re already a beta tester, then you can ignore the link and continue. Google Assistant is only Available in the beta version of Google App, so you need to update your Google App to the beta version, but in Google Pixel it is pre-loaded in it.

Now you think that it is beta version!! So it may contain few bugs and issues….

My answer is No! as I’m using Google Ppp from last few months and yet I’ve never found any bug or problem in their beta version apps, so don’t worry it is safe :).

Step 3:

After you updated your Google App to the beta version then your need to clear your phone memory and reboot your device.

Once your device rebooted then press & hold the Home button of the Android phone, then you can see the Google Assistant is now running on your Redmi Note 3/4 or Marshmallow or Nougat device.

That’s it!!!
